These Terms govern your use of tarteebstore.com and any purchase you make from it. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding contract to place an order.

3. Your Account

You can order as a guest or create an account. If you create one, you agree to give accurate and current information, to keep your login details confidential, and to be responsible for activity under your account. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised use.

4. Products, Descriptions and Compatibility

We work to describe products accurately, but:

  • Product images are illustrative. Colour and finish may differ slightly from what you see on screen.
  • Specifications, packaging and manufacturer part numbers can change without notice.
  • For lubricants, electronics and maintenance tools, you are responsible for confirming that a product is compatible with your vehicle, device or application before you order. If you are unsure, contact us before ordering.
  • Where a product listing refers to a manufacturer specification, it indicates suitability for that application only. It does not imply endorsement by, or affiliation with, any vehicle or equipment manufacturer.

We do not warrant that product descriptions or other content are error-free. If a product you receive is not as described, your remedy is set out in our Refund policy.

5. Prices

  • All prices are in UAE Dirhams (AED).
  • Prices may change without notice, but a change will not affect an order we have already accepted.
  • Delivery charges are shown separately at checkout before you pay. See our Shipping policy.
  • We try to keep prices accurate. If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price, we may cancel the order and refund you in full rather than supply at that price. We will tell you before doing so.

6. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we send you a confirmation that your order has been accepted or dispatched.

We may refuse or cancel an order where:

  • The product is out of stock
  • There is an error in the price or description
  • We suspect fraud or an unauthorised transaction
  • We cannot deliver to your address

If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we refund it in full.

7. Payment

Payment is taken through the methods shown at checkout. By submitting payment details you confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method. Orders are not dispatched until payment is confirmed, or until a cash-on-delivery order is accepted.

8. Delivery, Returns and Refunds

Delivery is governed by our Shipping policy and returns by our Refund policy. Both form part of these Terms.

9. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the site for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose
  • Interfere with the site's operation or security, or attempt unauthorised access to it
  • Scrape, copy or republish the site's content for commercial use
  • Submit false, abusive or misleading content
  • Send unsolicited advertising through the site

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by UAE law:

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, including loss of profit, business interruption or loss of data.
  • Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
  • Our total liability in connection with an order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order.
  • We are not liable for damage caused by improper installation, misuse, or use of a product in an application it was not intended for.

11. Intellectual Property

The site's content — text, images, graphics, logos and layout — belongs to Tarteeb Store or its licensors and is protected by law. You may not copy, modify or redistribute it without our written permission.

Third-party trademarks appearing on the site remain the property of their respective owners and are used only to describe product compatibility.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sharjah, UAE.

13. Events Outside Our Control

We are not liable for failure or delay in performing our obligations where it is caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including extreme weather, courier failure, strikes, or government action.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms. The revised version applies from the date it is posted, and the “Last updated” date will change. The Terms that apply to your order are those in force when you placed it.
