2. Data You Give Us
- Identity and contact data — name, email address, phone number
- Delivery data — delivery address, emirate, area, and any delivery notes
- Order data — the products you buy, order value, order history
- Payment data — payment is processed by our payment providers. We receive confirmation of payment and the last digits and card type. We never receive or store your full card number, expiry date or CVV.
- Communications — messages you send us via the contact form, email, WhatsApp or phone
- Marketing preferences — whether you have subscribed to our newsletter
3. Data Collected Automatically
When you visit the site we collect: IP address, browser type and version, device type and identifiers, operating system, pages viewed, time and date of visit, time spent on pages, the site you arrived from, and similar diagnostic data.

6. Who We Share Data With
- Shopify — our e-commerce platform, which hosts the store and processes orders on our behalf
- Payment providers — to take payment securely
- Delivery and courier companies — your name, address and phone number, so they can deliver your order
- Google and Meta — analytics and advertising data as described in section 4
- Email service providers — to send order notifications and, if you subscribed, marketing emails
- Professional advisers and authorities — where we are legally required to disclose, or to establish or defend legal claims
These providers may process data outside the UAE. Where that happens we rely on the transfer conditions permitted under the PDPL, including contractual safeguards with the provider.
7. How Long We Keep Data
- Order and transaction records — retained as long as required by UAE tax and commercial law
- Account data — until you ask us to delete your account
- Marketing data — until you unsubscribe
- Analytics data — retained according to the retention period configured in the analytics platform
When data is no longer needed we delete it or irreversibly anonymise it.
8. Your Rights
Under UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data, you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Correct data that is inaccurate or incomplete
- Request deletion of your data, subject to our legal retention obligations
- Restrict or object to certain processing
- Request transfer of your data to you or another controller in a structured, machine-readable format
- Withdraw consent at any time, where processing is based on consent — withdrawing consent does not affect processing carried out before you withdrew it
- Object to automated decision-making that produces a legal effect on you
- Lodge a complaint with the UAE Data Office

9. Security
We use commercially reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data, and our checkout runs over an encrypted connection. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. Children
The site is not directed at children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child has given us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.
11. Links to Other Sites
Our site may link to sites we do not operate. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices. Read their privacy policies before giving them your data.
12. Changes
We may update this policy. Changes take effect when posted here, and the “Last updated” date will change. Where a change is significant we will give notice on the site or by email.
